24 Hour Cancellation Policy

By signing below, you, the undersigned individual, acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand The Lash Sanctuary 24 hour Cancellation Policy.

This document is to advise you of our company’s 24 hour cancellation policy. Due to limited reservation slots, it is critical that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you wish to cancel your scheduled reservation you can do so by emailing us at info@thelashsanctuary.com. There is a $50 deposit required, which will go towards your scheduled service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation with us for any reason you must notify us as soon as possible and in any event at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. If you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before your scheduled appoitment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fees applicable to the service(s) you had scheduled. If you fail to show up for your reservation and fail to cancel the reservation by texting or emailing us prior to your scheduled reservation time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees apllicable to the service(s) you had scheduled. We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no show 2 times, or continuously cancel under 24 hours. Having such advanced notice allows us to fill the apllicable reservation slot from the waiting list of others requesting a reservation. By signing below, you acknowledge that you are subjet to this policy and fully understand the cancellation policy.

Pease be advised of our late policy the stylists at The Lash Sanctuary are on an extremely tight schedule, and just a few minutes makes a huge difference in appointment times. If you are more that 15 minutes late to your appoinment we will have to reschedule your reservation for a later time/or date. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your consultation and please be on time. Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application. Unfortunately additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment. Since we are specifically setting aside time for you, at your appointment, last minute cancelations not only hurt us, but hurt our many clients who are on a waiting list who would have loved to have that appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments 2 days before your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore, all of our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file so that it may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid cancellation fees. Please understand this is what is best for our stylists and our guests. Thank you for understanding. We hope that you have a great experience with us.
